Buy a Legoland football club

You can buy a Legoland based football club and battle against the Legoland's football establishment for the SuperLeague crown. Ownership of a football club allows you to dictate the team's transfer policy, delve into the transfer market (using the Online Club Manager) and gives you full and indefinite ownership rights allowing you to possibly sell the club in future. Best of all, however, owning a club gives you some team in the SuperLeague to root for.

If you are interested in acquiring a club, want to make a bid, or have any questions, please email the Editor, Mr Proofus Readingus, at legoland.times.editor@gmail.com.

Owning a top division club enables you to:

1. Have full access to your club's accounts and players' details.

2. Raise money for the club by negotiating sponsorship deals with Legoland companies and selling season tickets to Legoland based minifigs.

3. Buy, sell and loan football players from other clubs on the transfer market and hire and fire managers at will in your bid for success.

4. Review player's form ratings and pick the match-day team line-out.

5. Expand the club's stadium to increase potential season ticket revenue (funds and planning permission allowing).

6. Issue club statements to the Legoland and world media.

7. Arrange non-competitive, 'friendly', matches with other Legoland or international based clubs.

Note: Owning a club playing in a division lower than Serie A, may not enable you to do some or all of the above.

Some important notes

1. Excluding real money used to buy a football club, all money involved is Lego fictional money issued by the Central Bank of Legoland (CBL).

2. The current European Central Bank (ECB) euro (€) to Central Bank of Legoland pound (L£) exchange rate is €1:L£500,000.

3. Although the conversion of real money to Legoland pounds is permitted to allow for the purchase of a club, a reversion of the process is not.

4. If you are considering a bid, please be advised that you should check out the club's current form and position in the SuperLeague before purchasing.

5. The Legoland SuperLeague has been run by the Legoland Football Association (LFA) since 1993.

6. The LFA can not gaurantee that the Legoland SuperLeague will continue indefinitely.

7. As part of the sale agreement the buyer shall accept Note 6 above and shall agree not to seek a refund should the league cease.
