In ND Land, reigning LEC champions Blue Berry Bridge secured a 1-0 victory over Kland club Black Hearts. The ND Landers are favourites to land a
second consecutive LEC crown and will become the first ever club to do so should they lift the trophy next month. According to the Sports for Minifigs
magazine, "BBB are playing the most consistent football in Europe at the moment and fans of Juventus must be hoping that Black Hearts
claim a shock turn-around in Kland".
Juventus, owned by Emperor David of Legoland, have had a poor season domestically and can only qualify for next year's LEC competition by winning it this season.
Speaking to reporters after the game, Emperor David said he was "very pleased" at the result and "hopeful that the cup can be brought back to
Legoland this year". He added, "hopefully we will avoid those ND Landers in the final, the final countdown. Europe. Great song."

Two of the most powerful Lego footballing nations, Legoland and ND Land, may yet see their representatives face-off in the final of
the LEGO European Cup after both Juventus and Blue Berry Bridge earned priceless wins in their Semi-Final first leg ties with Black Hearts and
Inter Pondaland. Legoland's Juventus picked up a 2-0 home win and will be confident of securing passage to the final which is to be held in
the Chessland capital, Chessland City.
Can Juventus go all the way without cheating or will the Bridge do the double?
