Milan were founded in 1994. The club participated in both the 1994 Seria D League and the 1994 Legoda Legoland Football League. It was in this first year that Milan won its first and only domestic trophy, The Legoda Legoland Football League. In the 18 game tournament Milan finished on 34 points 2 ahead of Legoland Town. The £50k netted in the win gave Milan a taste at what success could bring in terms of financial rewards. On July 13th 1995 the club was sold to Silvio Berlusconi for £870k. Since then club president has invested huge sums of money to ensure Milan remain a member of the elite club within Legoland football.
In 1995 Berlusconi's Milan was one of the main forces behind the establishment of the Super League, the reorganised national Legoland football championship. The Super League kicked off in August 1995. As one of the founders of this new league set-up Milan had no problems securing LFA permission to transfer from Seria D into the new Serie A. The club has remained in the top division ever since.
Milan's first season in the top flight saw the team finish in 10th place. The following season Milan had their best season ever finishing second, 4 points behind Roma. The second place finish saw the Milan giants qualify for the European Champions League. In October 1997 AC Milan broke the World record transfer buy signing Leonardo from Red Hawk FC for what was then a staggering £13m. Milan's record signing helped bring the glory days to the San Siro. While domestic success eluded the club, Milan swept all opposition aside in Europe.
A 1-0 win over Jocental AC gave Milan the Champions League title and established the club as one of Europe's finest. This was underlined as the side added the Eland national league title to the trophy cabinet.
Following seasons have been disappointing however. The European Champions failed to qualify from the group stage in the ensuing season and finished 4th in the Serie A. In the 1999/0 season the club had its worst ever league campaign culminating in a 14th place final position. The 2000/1 season saw a inconsistent side finish in 9th place.
