1. Access the database by clicking on the above Download link.
2. The database is an Microsoft Excel document which should be saved onto your computer.
3. Following the download, locate and open the file.
4. Make changes to the squad selection if desired.
5. Make transfer bids and/or respond to any received bids if desired.
6. Save the updated file and email it as an attachment back to The Legoland Times.
